The CK61100E/125E/140E/160E series of large CNC lathes feature semi-closed-loop control. With a load capacity of up to six tons, these machines are suitable for machining complex-shaped shafts, sleeves, and discs, including turning inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, arcs, end faces, grooving, chamfering, and threading.
Key Structural Features:
1. Bed: Monolithic box-type structure cast in one piece from high-grade cast iron (HT300), with a 755mm-wide guideway surface.
2. Headstock: Designed for heavy-duty machining. Gears undergo high-frequency quenching and precision grinding, ensuring high accuracy, smooth operation, and low noise. Large-diameter spindle supported by precision heavy-duty bearings in a three-point configuration ensures stable rotation for both heavy-duty and precision turning. Capable of stepless speed variation and constant linear speed cutting.
3. Feed: Precision-ground ball screws in X and Z axes guarantee high machining accuracy, positioning precision, and dimensional stability.
Longitudinal (Z-axis) Feed: Models 1000-6000 utilize an AC servo motor mounted on the left side of the feed box, driving the ball screw feed via a high-precision planetary gear reducer. Models above 6000 employ rack-and-pinion feed transmission. The machine tool delivers high positioning accuracy and repeatability.
