Main structural features
1.The machine bed is cast with a box-shaped structure,adopts one-piece casting technology,completely machined by the pentahedral machining center at a one-time clamping process,the accuracy is maintained well.
2.Adopt high rigidity 45 inclined machine bed.The sliding surface of the cross slide adopts plastic veneer technology to make the feed system rigid,frictional resistance,and other dynamic and static characteristics In the best condition.A separate sink is attached to prevent leakage and easy to maintain.
3.The hydraulic turret is adopted,and the tool holder can be interchanged at any position.It can rotate nearby to change the tool at will.The tool change speed is fast and the action is stable and reliable.
4.High rigidity spindle structure,there is no gear structure in the spindle box,greatly reducing noise and vibration.
