Working Principle
- The electric motor drives the crank linkage mechanism through a reducer, causing the compression piston to reciprocate vertically within the compression cylinder, thereby compressing the air.
- The compressed air is directed into either the upper or lower chamber of the working cylinder via the air distribution mechanism, driving the working piston and hammer head to move up and down, thus delivering strikes to the workpiece.
- By operating the handle to control the air distribution mechanism, the direction and flow rate of compressed air can be adjusted, thereby controlling the striking force and frequency of the hammer head.
