The CW61125/140/160 (10T) heavy-duty conventional lathe machine is a metal cutting machine designed for processing large-size and heavy-weight workpieces. "CW" stands for horizontal lathe, "125/140/160" indicates that the maximum workpiece rotation diameter on its bed is 1250 mm, 1400 mm and 1600 mm respectively, and "10T" means that it can carry workpieces weighing up to 10 tons.

High Load-bearing Capacity
The CW61125/140/160 (10T) heavy-duty conventional lathe machine uses heat-treated high-strength cast iron material with a tensile strength of 250–300 MPa and a compressive strength of 700–1000 MPa. This high-strength base material allows the lathe to carry workpieces weighing up to 10,000 kg.
Large Workpiece Processing Capability
The lathe is equipped with a 130mm-diameter spindle, and the large-diameter spindle allows the lathe to accommodate workpieces of larger diameters. Therefore, the maximum turning diameter of the lathe can reach 865/1010/1210mm, and the maximum length of the workpiece can reach 3000-12000mm, which can meet the processing needs of various large parts.

The CW61125/140/160 (10T) heavy-duty lathe machine is equipped with a 22kW high-power main motor. This high-power motor can provide a stronger cutting drive for the lathe, supporting heavy-duty turning operations with large cutting depth and large feed.
