The whole machine is cast with high-strength cast iron, combined with 45# quenched and tempered steel forgings and high-frequency quenching treatment to ensure long-term and stable operation of the equipment.

The drive system can achieve a striking frequency of up to 220 times per minute, significantly improving forging efficiency. High-strength structure

The core moving parts are processed with 45# quenched and tempered steel, and combined with high-frequency quenching treatment, the surface hardness and wear resistance are increased by more than 60%, thereby extending the service life of the main parts of the machine.
